A city where the median home sale price hovers around $1 million seems an obvious choice to host a version of the Bravo show Million Dollar Listing. And, indeed, the show began filming in San Francisco last October and will premiere on July 8. The stars are three young agents who work in the luxury real estate market and all told the San Francisco Chronicle that they joined because of the exposure opportunity for themselves and their listings. Justin Fichelson of Climb Real Estate, Roh Habibi of Coldwell Banker Previews International and Andrew Greenwell of Venture Sotheby's International Realty are the stars of the show, which follows them and their clients through high-end listings around the city.
Bravo's first sneak preview builds excitement by touting the wild San Francisco market and the tech revolution currently taking place is the city. Apple, Twitter, Google and Instagram are all name-dropped, and the preview spins through a quick tour of San Francisco neighborhoods and listings, including a few seconds inside 8 Octavia. Some cattiness between the agents is already on display, with Greenwell scoffing at the others' $50 million sales targets for the year, but the real reason to tune in is all of that San Francisco real estate.
